This is my further education philosophy :

My project and coach activity requires of me a high degree of flexibility and readiness for further education.
In addition to my technical knowledge, I also bring into play my experience and knowledge in dealing with my customers.
I purposefully study numerous trade publications and regard any assumed IT task as a further education forum.
Equipped in this manner, I am able to keep myself updated permanently on the key subjects I specialise in: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Currently, I enlarge my PM/CS special knowledge with regard to Service Life Cycle Management in the CS area
through  mySAP CRM Services and in the PM area through  mySAP PLM , which are the follow-up components in the mySAP world.

My current further education topic „mySAP CRM“:

In the area mySAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management), based on my 25-year SAP R/3 CS/SM project and  training experience, I have acquired a broad CRM knowledge base by further extensive self-study of mySAP CRM documents.

My strategic focus is on mySAP CRM projects.
With which I enhance my existing emphasis on SAP R/3 CS/SM in line with the SAP product sequence SAP R/3 CS for the "Customer Service".
